COCKTAIL SERVICES

Sustainability at Stir is a result of good preparation and thoughtful production. We work with seasonal ingredients, use whole fruits through techniques like super juice, and plan batching and shelf life carefully to avoid unnecessary waste.

Cocktails are prepped efficiently, served without disposables, and designed to work at scale without excess. Anything left over stays in circulation, either reused in our process or brought back to our bar, rather than being thrown away.
